MATT
MCCLINTICK, CHST

Matt is a 10-year active duty veteran in the United States Marine Corp, with four deployments with CH-53 squadron HMH-465, MCAS Miramar.
Matt was part of the aircrew with over 976 flight hours, a decorated mechanic, and served as an Aerial Gunnery Instructor and Quality Assurance Representative, where his proficiency of OSHA regulations began, He was responsible for over $560M in equipment and assets, managing 40-50 Marines at any given time.
After military service, Matt began his seasoned career in Construction Safety and Corporate Safety, working for the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA), Michigan concrete leaders Florence Cement, and most recently, as a Corporate Safety Manager, with $600M in projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. Throughout his career, Matt has served several hundred heavy civil construction companies through management and negotiation of OSHA appeals, developing and providing safety and corporate compliance programs, providing required and industry development training, acting as a PPE expert, navigating union relationships, and advocating for the heavy construction industry in various ways, such as Board appointments and other partnerships.
Matt has earned certifications as a Construction Health Safety Technician (CHST), OSHA 500 Instructor (Construction) OSHA 501 Instructor (General Industry), OSHA 521 (Industrial Hygiene) certification, ATSSA Traffic Regulator Instructor, and Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor.
As a firearms specialist, Matt is an Introductory Pistol Instructor, Concealed Pistol Instructor, a IDPA and USPSA Competitive Shooter and is processing his Federal Firearms License for future projects.
Matt serves as the Supply Procurement Specialist, Lead Industry Training Coordinator, and Firearms and Personal Security Consultant for Echo Six Solutions.
